E-Line Identity Solutions provides mobile DNA collection services for legal, personal, and informational purposes. All collections are conducted by trained professionals, and testing is completed by accredited partner laboratories.

We do not guarantee legal outcomes or immigration approvals. Our responsibility is limited to accurate sample collection and submission to the selected lab.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept payments via Stripe and other secure platforms. All fees are non-refundable once a sample has been collected.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee.

4. Use of Results

Test results are confidential and will only be released to the authorized individuals listed on the consent forms. E-Line Identity Solutions is not responsible for how test results are used after delivery.

For legal testing, results will be provided in the format required for courts or official agencies. For informational testing, results are not admissible in legal proceedings.

5. Mobile Collections

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible environment for mobile sample collection. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if conditions are deemed unsafe.

6. Limitation of Liability

E-Line Identity Solutions is not liable for delays caused by the laboratory, shipping carriers, or client error. Our liability is limited to the cost of services paid.

8. Modifications
